Specials
For the third year, we are once again offering two
all-inclusive bus tours from Melfort or Prince Albert, Saskatchwan
to Davin Lake. The tours will run from July 15-18 and July 22-25,
2010.
Includes: bus
transportation from Melfort or Prince Albert, 3 nights lodging,
fishing as described below, boat and motor, group guides, meals as
below, and filleting and freezing of fish.
Not included: Fishing
tackle, alcoholic beverages, fishing licenses (available at
lodge)
Package price: $750 Canadian, plus taxes.
The itinerary for both packages is as follows:
Day 1
Depart Melfort at 7 am by bus, pick up additional
passengers at Prince Albert, and arrive Davin Lake Lodge
approximately 3pm. After dinner, fishing is available for two to
three hours.
Days 2 and 3
Breakfast at 7am; fishing with shore lunch included; Supper at
7pm.
Day 4
Breakfast at 7am; fishing in the morning, returning
to Davin Lake Lodge by 11am. Depart by bus for Melfort, arriving
approximately 8 pm.
As an added bonus, the person from each
bus tour that catches and releases the largest Pike wins a free
return trip the following year. Congratulations to Charles
Whitfield, who won a free trip in July 2009 thanks to the 38" Pike
pictured above.

Pikemaster Competition
For the fifth year running we are
offering a free Davin Lake or Wathaman package to the person who
catches, photographs, measures and releases the longest Northern
Pike in any of our lakes.
