Davin Lake Lodge and Wathaman Outpost offer the finest trophy fishing experience in Canada--literally hundreds of trophy-class Northern Pike, Walleye and Lake Trout are caught and released in our lakes every year!

Imagine fishing on one of our two large Northern Saskatchewan lakes that have been virtually untouched by man, yet with all of the comforts of home. Davin and Wathaman lakes offer superb relaxation and quite simply the best trophy Northern Pike, Walleye and Lake Trout fishing experience you will ever have. We have exclusive commercial access to two large lakes (over 800 miles of shoreline), and even at full capacity that's 16 miles of shoreline for each person--our guests very nearly have the lakes to themselves!

Note: Our policy is catch and release for all trophy fish. This program results in larger fish caught and released by all. This policy has already resulted in an increased number of trophy-class fish caught now and for future generations. Thanks for your understanding and support.

A big Alberta Thank you for hosting us this past week at your camp.
It was great to see everybody and as usual we had a fantastic time.
It was a real pleasure to fish the lake and I can't say enough about the
quality of the fishing.  It was the best I have ever experienced for all
species, especially big Pike.  Jason had a fantastic time catching and
releasing the monster pike on the fly that are in Davin Lake.  We are
already talking about planning a trip in 2010 and will keep you informed.

Diana and Irv:  Once again I thank you for a special respite from the
stressful cities, back to frontier at its best.  Your operation is a
service sorely needed in this world and an opportunity envied by the
corralled adventurer that is mired in the rat race.  It’s not all about
the fishing, but the fishing is special in a secluded country away from
commercial competition.  Our group of four, to our hearts content,
successfully spin cast, trolled, and jigged for walleye, pike and lake
trout in a worthy boat where no other invaded our peace.  We had the
serenity to ourselves; the many islands, bays and shoreline easy within
our grasp.  We heard the wolves howl, enjoyed the loons' raucous banter,
and the bald eagle circling silently overhead.  It was my third trip and
the 1,500 mile drive was worth every mile, with work and stress getting
ever smaller in the rear view mirror.  Each visit is a special adventure,
always different, filled with more special memories.  I cannot say enough,
but leave you with a heartfelt thank you.

Float Plane Service Announced

Implemented in 2009 our float plane fly-in service opperates from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to Davin Lake or Wathaman Lake.  This  package includes round-trip air from Saskatoon, four days of fishing and five nights accomodation, based on a minimum of four people per party. This package applies to Davin Lake (American Plan) or Wathaman Outpost (Light Housekeeping including groceries).  To get current pricing send us an email to davinlakelodge@gmail.com

2010 Pikemaster Announced

This is Art Brassard's pike which he caught and released.  It measured 44 inches and won himself the "Pike Master for 2010 Award" , an all expence paid trip back to Davin Lake in 2011.
